Please only schedule this type of appointment if you are within two weeks of your departure date and have already received your Bon Voyage email including all of your travel documents.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This will give others an opportunity to take the time slot being held. Thank you for understanding Please Read Before Scheduling Your Complimentary Consultation: I am so excited to start working with you on your perfect vacation! Before committing to an appt. time, please consider if you are ready to place a deposit on a reservation within 3-5 business days of receiving a proposal. If you are not ready at this time, please select an appt time later on when you think you will be ready to take the next step towards booking your vacation. During the consultation, we will: Discuss all the details so we may curate and customize your perfect vacation together. I partner with all my clients. Talk about what role I will play as your travel advisor and everything that is included in my service. Consultations take between 15-20 minutes depending on complexity of the vacation. After our consultation I will take all of the details I have learned about what you want in your vacation, and I will create a customized proposal specifically for you, based on what we spoke about. Your proposal will be sent to you within 48 business hours of our consultation. I'm so excited to meet with you and look forward to planning your vacation!
