This would be my first choice for your wedding location in Jamaica. This resort opened in 2017, so it is still pretty new. The rooms are very modern, exactly what you are wanting in décor. The whole resort has that sleek luxurious feel.

The beach is split up here, so right out from the main lobby area as well as the adult section there is a kind of rocky beach, but then if you do go down towards the “diamond club” rooms you will find the long stretch of nice beach area that you don’t see in a lot of their pictures.
​
The food here is really good and they have a wide variety to choose from! It is kind of a large resort, but there is one main walkway through the whole thing, so it’s easy to get to everything.
​
This resort does have an Adult Section called Hideaway. Guests at Hideaway are in a separate building with swim out rooms on the lower level that connect right to the pool with the swim up bar, so this would be fun for those who are getting away from the kids for a few days!

This would be my second choice if we decide on Jamaica for the destination. This resort is on the famous Seven-Mile beach, which is amazing!

They pride themselves on being gourmet inclusive, so the food here is going to be very good with a huge selection of restaurants to choose from.

The Karisma brand is also known for their weddings. They do go above and beyond to make you feel like you are the only one that matters on your wedding day

This would be my first choice for your wedding location in Mexico (Cancun Side). As you can tell, I do like the Royalton Brand, they just have the modern, luxury feel all around their resort. They also have the separate Hideaway section for adults only that I think will be a nice option for your group.

You get a large assortment of dining options at this Royalton as well, along with 2 swim up bars in the main resort, 1 in diamond club and another in the Hideaway section. So, no shortage of bars at this resort!

This would be my second choice for a wedding location in Mexico. This resort is right on the hotel strip in Cancun. Only about a 10 min drive from the airport. The resort has 601 rooms but does not feel big. It has one huge main pool with two swim up bars that overlooks the beach and ocean. The beach here is very nice and is usually not as affected with seaweed as the southern Riviera Maya area is.
​
It was built in 2012, but they have kept it up pretty good, and is still nice for being 11 years old.
​
Hard Rock Resorts are known for their music and fun atmosphere, so at this resort you will have music playing all day, foam parties in the pool every other day or so, and just people having an all around good time. I think this would fit your group dynamic pretty well.

This resort feels a lot newer than it really is, plus with the recent renovation you would not guess it was built 10 years ago.

Another resort I think we should consider in Puerto Vallarta is Dreams Vallarta Bay.
​
Secrets Vallarta Bay is right next door to Dreams. All Secrets Guests can go over to the Dreams property and enjoy all of the amenities over there as well.

From this map, you can see that even with 327 rooms, this resort is still not a huge resort, I think this size would be great for your group.

The wedding packages for this resort will be the same as Bahia Mita, however Vallarta Bay is still updating their pricing for 2024, so for estimation purposes, we will just use the same pricing as Bahia Mita has on their 2024 packages.

One of the best wedding locations at this resort is the Terraza La Vista. It looks straight out over the ocean, so the backdrop of your ceremony is amazing!

Additional Notes on weddings as this resort:
Please note that if selecting one of the two wedding packages that could be complimentary, the event must happen on the Beach during the week (Monday - Thursday), after 9:00am and before 4:00pm. Should you choose a different location, day or a later time, the package full cost would apply.
It is important to consider that the Beyond Memorable package must be booked (or upgraded to) with at least 1 year in advance; additionally, it requires to have a minimum of 50 people and to book 75-120 room nights through the same source. Wedding packages cannot be downgraded.

This would be my first choice for your wedding location in Dominican Republic. Yes, another Royalton Resort, LOL. This one does not have a separate Hideaway section for adults, but it is a super nice resort. I am actually hosting my own group here this November. It is a very large resort, but has a lot of dining and bar options!
They actually have a swim up bar that is in the grotto of the lazy river, so when you are floating around you can just stop and pick up another drink on your way!
​
It is also relatively new, built in 2018, so going to be very modern and sleek style. Pretty much all Royalton's have the same look to the rooms as you can see.
​
They have really good pricing for their lead in rooms! But then they do go up from there if people wanted to upgrade or move to the Diamond Club section.

Dreams Resorts are great at weddings! They do a lot of them and know what they are doing! So, I do like to offer them as options when they also meet all of your other wants, which I think this one does. The only thing this does not have compared to the other Dreams resorts is an Adult Only resort connected / next to it. Built in 2016, still a pretty new resort.

They also have a pretty cool Jungle Water Park at this resort that would be fun for everyone!
